35 minutes of “Core Pole” class = 250 cal., 1 hour PT on the base =650 cal. 900 total. Not bad for a Monday morning.

Anybody want to ride this weekend? Going for a slow run Sunday morning at 10am. Running the Icebreaker 5 mile course slow. All are welcome to join.
